Product Description:

For MIG/MAG and TIG welding applications. When the welding torch is turned off, the gas flow to the outside is shut off. However, gas pressure in the hose increases due to continuous supply.
When welding restarts, the pressure build-up leads to excess gas consumption, porous weld areas, and reduced penetration of the filler material. This can be avoided by using a gas economizer.

Usage of Product:

The product must be mounted on the outlet of CO₂ / Argon or mixed gas regulators.

When using:

Up to 50% less gas consumption.
When the pressure inside the tube drops, the welding operator must ajust the flow rate again. CC114655 provides a constant flow and second setting of flow is not required until the gas inside the cylinder is empty. Saves time and increase efficiency.
